4 steps ashore
It is difficult to recommend “Quatre pas à terre” when you cannot … even put your feet on land! T
his is unfortunately not possible apart from out-of-season exceptions which do not last for a long time. It is a real shame that no reception pontoon has been built in such a charming place! Perhaps one day…
In the meantime, we recommend visiting the town by water and then mooring your boat at the port of Cap d’Agde and hiring bicycles. You will then be able to follow the cycle tracks laid out along the banks of the Hérault River, from the old town of Agde towards Le Grau.
You will be able to complete the round trip via the Chapel of the Angenouillade, and when you arrive at the mouth of the river, you will be able to take one of the ferryboats that crosses the river and pursue your bicycle ride towards the Tamarissière.
